symfony2-quickstart (2.4.0)

free

This installs version 2.4.0 of the Symfony framework. Vendors will be installed through Composer. It's normal that you get an 404 error on Pagodabox, because you are viewing the prod env. Please read the Symfony manuals for more information on how to get started.

And please read the manual if you get an 404 error when just launching this app. It's normal Symfony behaviour because the controllers only work in the dev environment out of the box.

@alexanderilyin you know that it's better help to give me the error that you've got instead of just saying it don't work? It still launches perfectly when I press the launch button :)

Updated the quickstart to version 2.3.0. Is there any one interested in maintaining backwards compatibility with the 2.2 releases?

@grisoni77 That's because there aren't any routes that can be used in the production environment. Please check out the docs at symfony.com for more information about it.

Hi, thank you for the quickstart ;) The installation completed without errors, but I'm still getting an error 404 when launching the application. From pagodabox log file I found this: request.ERROR: Uncaught PHP Exception Symfony\Component\HttpKernel\Exception\NotFoundHttpException: "No route found for "GET /"" at /var/www/app/cache/prod/classes.php line 3599 Do you have any idea what could it be?
